I booked the room a month ago as a part of 7 day road trip and they were overbooked that ruined our trip.

Bad sales clerk..did not change room on request... Room was noisy at night, lot of disturbance from traffic on I 10. Shuttle guy was nice.

No complaints.
Good complementary breakfast. Staff was courteous. Van service was good, too. Front desk manager had good restaurant recommendations.

I aways stay here when in El Paso, but the room rate was 60% higher than what I have paid for past visits. I did not see any changes that would justify a 60% increase in price.

It was a good value on pervious trips, but I am not convinced that the price this time was a good value.
