Air Conditioning would not cool the room and the hallway outside the room and all the common areas on third floor was hot as hell!

Beds and pillows were extremely soft and uncomfortable.

Stayed in 3 different Best Western hotels & were all nice, so I'm glad to see they are improving at least some of their hotels. Accidently stopped at the wrong Best Western in St George & it looked decent & employees were very helpful in finding this one.

Like: Very nice rooms with queen pillow tops, good breakfast, and quiet. Pool area is very nice.

Dislike: Can't think of anything.

EVERTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL IS EXCELLENT.

THE EMPLOYEES WERE POLITE, CHEERFULLY, AND HELPFULLY. THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT.

THE KIDS ENJOYED THE POOL.

IF EVER IN THE AREA, THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY.

We stayed in one of thier suites. It was great!!! One night we stayed in the big suite, it had 42" plazma TV, Jetta-tub, bedroom with 2 Queen beds, office area, living room. The breakfast is the best, you would pay $7-$9 any where else to eat like this. Hot cooked eggs, bacon, sauage, hash browns, juices, fruit, yogurt, make-your waffles, hot & cold cereals. Staff very fiendly.

We had many large cockroaches coming out of the vents to die, they had just sprayed and were dying on the bathroom floor.
