The unit and property showed its age and lack of normal upkeep. Examples were lack of air conditioning, a hole in the bathroom wall, mold and/or missing grout around the tub, dirty carpets, no chairs on the unit's patio, and exterior trash barrels unemptied in the pool area. Having stayed at other properties adjacent to this Inn I guess I expected a lot more for the price.
