The beds were wonderful but the first morning we found a bed bug on the wall and the second morning we found a catapillar on the bathroom floor. The front desk person was very nice when I reported it upon checkout. I guess I could have had the room fumigated the day before. I would have asked to move actually but she did adjust my room without any big deal. The hotel does need a redo soon.
The hotel seems to be a little outdated but the staff compensates for that.The staff was extremely helpful and really seem to take interest in their guests.The assistany mgr even sat down for a few minutes at breakfast too make sure everything we expected was being met.We will definately stay here everytime we visit.I guess you get what you pay for.Great job guys,keep it up.I can see why you stay booked most of the time.
I had reservations at the Hampton Inn for Wednesday June 8th until Saturday June 11th. When I arrived after a 605 mile trip I was told I didn't have a room.
