I requested a room next to a handicapped party I was meeting and she was put on 4th floor and me on 10th! Not very close to assist her! Undert rained staff do not know how to charge products to the room and absolutely no offer to figure it out. Housekeeping WOKE me at 9 am to see if out of my room so they can clean! Check out is 11!! THis place is horrible from beginning to end. The rooms are filthy and the staff acts like they dont know what customer service is. Very rude and just plain stupid!! Would rather stay in a tent in the State park then this twilight zone of a casino!

While I was making our reservation at the Black Bear Casino Hotel I was informed that no alcoholic beverages were allowed on the premises. A couple of girlfriends and I were going there to celebrate our 50th birthdays. I've never heard of a hotel putting restrictions on what you drink in your room, Anyway we cancelled our reservation at the Black Bear and we will be moving down the road to Hinckley for our 50th celebration!

I do not recommend this place. Frankly, I gave it a 1 star because that is the lowest the rating goes. Absolutely nothing is free at this establishment and the machines barely pay out. Their giveaways are a joke...basically, they have zero hospitality and just want to take your money.Obviously, it's a casino...but don't they want repeat ...

the deli is terrible. the service slow and food is terrible. Bring the old restrauant back where you could order of the menu. SIT AT A CLEAN BOOTH NOT ONE YOU HAVE TO CLEAN YOUR SELF.

We just return from visiting Black Bear Hotel. We stayed in a Jacuzzi room, which it was very nice y clean. We had a great time!! staff is very nice and polite. We really had fun. The only down part is that is very noise. I think the hotel is haunted. I had feeling of a woman touching me and watching me all the time. I couldn't sleep the two nights I stayed in the hotes. I felt the hand of a small child touching my arm.

My GF and I went to stay at BB for a 45$ room on a Thursday night. From the outside valet to everything in between everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was especially nice, had a flat screen TV and was very clean and bright. Will return again it was a blast.
