I called several times to get information on meeting rooms and a block of rooms. Sales department never returned my calls so I went to the hotel and was told it is best to call and make a appointment from the front desk she was rude, no other information was given she just stood there. It is a nice hotel but some staff needs more training on how they talk to guest and vistors who want to give them business
