The rooms are good, the price was okay (although we heard people who came in after us being quoted a lower price). The staff were terrible, including the assistant manager who came across as a condescending jerk.
Our group was treated very poorly by the hotel staff. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I will not stay at another Hyatt hotel ...

Recently converted over to a Hyatt, the rooms are trendier and they now offer an evening reception meal on Wednesday as well as a buffet breakfast---yogurt, fresh fruit& juice, toast, bagels, cereal, oatmeal…They could improve this by offering eggs and bacon but otherwise the selection offered was fine and also very healthy. The staff was friendly. They suggested a wonderful Italian restaurant nearby. The room was clean. I would have liked access to a computer where I could have checked my emails and done "on-line boarding" with the airline. Instead, I had to have the front desk do it.
This hotel was nice, spacious clean rooms, wireless internet service, nearby places that deliver in, hot buffet breakfast. The last coulda been improved on a bit, The fruit wasn’t very fresh and the eggs and sausage had very little taste but they had other items to chose from (Muffins, yogurts, cereals, bagels) Oh they do have a hot waffle ...
