It was a nice looking hotel and close to a number of good restaurants, and night life spots. The rooms where nice but, they were extremely slow and under staffed at check in and there were a number of upset guests, if the service where a little better I would consider going back.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza from August 21 to August 26. I waited twenty minutes to check in and was offered no service to take my bags to my room. We got this hotel by random chance from Hotwire. It was only 75 plus parking, whereas on most sites its around 102 before taxes. Good location for downtown activities, power/light districts, walking distance to crossroads etc.

It was rather dirty. Half lotion and shampoo for our convenience.
The front desk staff was very helpful to some who are new to the city. Cleanliness was the only issue with this hotel.

Room key worked half the time
Staff at front desk acted like I was an inconvenience
Water faucet in shower was either very hot or very cold with moving the faucet only a mm of an inch.
I would drive 20 miles out of my way before I stay here again.
