Our "Ocean Front" room did not actually even face the ocean, but the marina instead. And rather than even see the marina, what we did see every day was a large private yacht directly across from our balcony. ok, if we looked way off to the side, the ocean would have been visible, however, every single morning a giant cruise ship arrived ...

Funny when you book and room and told that your balcony has the best view of the sunset, they forget to tell you that a cruise ship will be blocking it!!! There are literally thousands of people coming off those ships and the pool IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, that's right, pay $279 a night and share the pool with the cruise folks.

the hotel was going under renovations. some of the noise was alittle distracting, but you could tell the workers were trying not to be distracting. the employees were great and could not do enough for you. the location was perfect to everything duvale st, schooners( great bar had lots of fun there.)ans mallory square. i can nnot wait to go back and i definitely would stay at this hotel in a heart beat again.

Upon arriving I found the room clean, but support staff could not speak English, so it was very hard to communicate your needs.
