I was bowled over by the personal treatment I was given by the staff; from the gate guard at the entrance to the maid service in the suite I was made to feel like a prince. The suite was gorgeous and the ammenities were plentiful; I did not want to leave.

The HGV was a great place to stay during our vacation to Disney World. Conveniently located to all parks, and very clean. Staff were extremely polite. Two big main pools, 1 with fountain, 1 with a waterfall, kids pools, and hot tubs..... 2 more pools on site. Great place to relax between trips to parks. Bar open late....Hot tubs in master bedrooms, What can I say, one of the better places I have ever stayed while vacationing!

IT WAS VERY COZY I LOVED IT IT WAS THE BEST STAY I EVER HAD I THINK I WILL COME BACK EVERY YEAR ON SPRING BREAK AND I LOVED THE CRAFTS IT KEPT MY KIDS OUT OF MY HAIR FOR A WILE LIKE I JUST SAID YOU ROCK

Location is super...hotel looks really grand,what i am sure of is that the hotel on its first few years was really ok...but as time goes by its sparkle wears off...maintenance is the key...paint...small wallpaper repair etc...attention to detail is imortant.But over all we had a really grand time.
