The rooms look NOTHING like they do on the Inn's website. My room was incredibly small, shabby and need of serious updating. The carpet was dirty, the linens were tired and worn, and the bathroom was small and tacky. Not worth the expensive price. I left very dissapointed.

We love this place. Convenient to everything from the wine country to SF. Its a two minute walk to the ferry but absolutely quiet. The rooms are lush, beautfiully decorated.

Every time we go to the Bay Area, we make it a point to stay here.

We spent 2 nights at Inn Above Tide on two separate occasions and can't wait to go back. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and the room is big. We were fortunate to be in Sausalito when there was little to no fog so our view from the balcony was breathtaking. The city lights in the evening, the kayakers in the morning. We will definitely be back.

We stayed there for one night, the view was great, the service excellent and the rooms were very nice, but a bit small.

The hotel was wonderful! The view was the best... Our room was 4 feet above the water, 30 yards from the ferry landing. The staff was attentive and friendly. Best ever!
