The motel when I first walked in smelled like chlorine, the air freshner looked like it hasn't been changed in months, the water was cold, and the heater was blowing out cold air. Awful experience. Only positive about the place is the pricing and it's location.

This place is a dump! We have talked with the people who are running it and said they cannot get the owners to do much. I guess when Indiana had all that rain they flooded some rooms and then had plumbing problems. They can't even use half there rooms right now, plus the other rooms are getting bad. They never mow there grass. You can tell ...

This is a nice family-friendly place. Close to town and clean and comfortable. Nice people to help with anything you need. There is even a spot to have your picnic and it feels like home away from home. The size and accomodations are excellent. When traveling people always thinks of big chains before the hometown services and this is one worth taking advantage of.

The Villa Motel is a great place to stay. The family who runs it is doing a great job with what that have. We were at the Howard Johnson and left because it was so NASTY!
The Villa does not look like much but it is very clean and very well priced.

The Villa is just out of town, the people running it are a nice family. I had a good stay. I was told they will be remodeling this winter and cant't wait to go back and see what they have done. The rooms have gootten old over the years, but have always been clean. I stay here at least 3 or 4 times a year visiting family and friends.

the people were nice, the beds were every almost the most comfortable i have ever slept on. the only bad thing was that it took longer then i hope to get service, but over all it was great.

This was the worst motel we ever stayed in. We couldnt wait to leave. The room was filthy. The shower was so gross that we wouldnt use it. The only reason we didnt leave immediately was because we had no where else to go. We definately DO NOT recommend this motel.
