Friendly, helpful staff that had lots of energy. They answered all our questions and arranged day trips that worked out great. They always took time to greet us as we were coming and going and no one was every grumpy.

I really loved the feel of the hotel it was really serene--especially for Downtown LA. It had a really South Beach vibe and the staff was really great! The rate was unusually low, so I was weary at first. But it was probably one of the best hotel stays I've had-espeically for the price!
