We stayed there last year during chinese New year and had the most horrible week! We were moved from two different deluxe suites that had "toilet" backing up and foul smelling issues! For what I paid $400/night I expected better service and cleanliness! Beware of the top two floors! The sewage at that level backs up and have problems ...

This hotel is a great place if you want to stay for leasure or business. Accomodations are great and service is fantastic. Besides the great restaurants that are in the hotel itself, the breakfast buffet is extraordinary with so many things to try and choose from. It is conveniently attached to the big department store.

I have been visiting Kaohsiung for approximately 3 years and would not stay at any other hotel. Staff and service are excellent and they never forget your name.
