The staff at The Savoy were really nice. George and Victor were excellent. The hotel room needs much update. The dressers and furniture is old and the carpet in the hallways is a little worn and the hallways smelled. The room was clean and neat just needs some much rather updating. The pull-out sofa bed is horrible. It's not a real mattress so ...
