    A friend told me about this place and let me tell you it didn't disappoint. Our family enjoyed Disney and Universal which are just up the road. The pool was great, I couldn't get the kids out.   • Never ever ever ever going back to this place

    A co worker had recommended this place since we needed a place to go for a vacation in a last minute while the kids are out for spring break.     My family and I have been going their for years. I love it , its the only place we stay when visiting . my kids love it especially the loft . i recommended Tropical Palms to all my friends . The cottage are clean , the staff is great and helpful , its near Disney and other parks. good for money .

    The place was a MESS! I was so gross out. At first house keeping can in everyday, but it stop after we were they for 8 days. We went to the front desk at 11:30(after a full day in the parks) and the person said you need to have a stay more than 12 days. We were staying for 13 days. She said she would have housekeeping come the next day.Nobody ...

  • Never again, save your money

    We, and four other families booked this place for a reunion.
    It was such a disappointment.
    The floors of our cabin were filthy.
    We asked for a top sheet for the sofa bed the first night and never got it.
    A Ritz cracker would have been thicker than the mattress on the sofa bed, which was filled with crumbs. (Hmmm maybe it was a cracker)

  • NICE PLACE TO STAY

    Tropical Palms is a nice place to stay. You can't compare it to a place like Orange Lake, but it is nice. They are now offering small cottages for sale, but the lot rent is rediculously high. I have been going there now for about 15 years and I will continue to go. Just won't buy tho.

    I stayed in a RV. The grounds are keep up very nice. I spent a lot of time at the pool. The pool is open 24 hours. (Only adults after 10:00 p.m.) which was great. They do have a nice kids pool to. Resturant at the pool was wonderful. All the staff was so very nice. I am going back

  • FRIENDLY NICE PLACE

    We have been going to Tropical palms for about 15 years. This is a great friendly place to stay at a reasonable rate. They are now offering small cottages for sale there. Lot rent is high if you bought a cottage, but it is a nice place. I highly would recommend this place to anyone.

    We have been staying here for 9 years. The kids love it and so do we. The pool is clean, the poolside cafe has a nice menu for snacking,and there is a small general store so you do not have to leave the site. The grounds are well kept and the staff are very friendly.
