We really enjoyed our stay with this Shilo Inn - was one of the best visits! Service and staff was great and the room was wonderful. Nice view of the ocean - room was clean and very comfortable. We would stay again, definitely.

This shilo inn is one of the best ones around. The service is pretty friendly. This place is usually pretty clean too. About every room has a perfect view of the pacific ocean. The only problem was that their prices are kinda expensive. If you want to go in the pool, you should do it later in the night when it is less crowded. Overall, it was a great experience and can't wait to get back soon!

We stayed at this Hotel on Sunday June 29th , 2008. Lobby looked nice and clean. Carpet in elevator was filthy, the room was not what I expected for $178.00 a night. When we got there..the front desk was empty.I think we waited about 15 mins before someone show up...It was late at night..We had a hard time getting to our room,,,which was not made up..We decide to swim but hot tube was broken...pool looked little cloudee..we decided to swim...later that night my son got a bad ear ache..we had to leave that next morning early...will never go back...!!!!!!beware...

At the counter they have rental agents that are just too busy doing other things and not paying attention to customers in front of them. They don't even acknowledge that you are there until they feel like it.

On our arrival we had no reservation.They did however get us a room to our qualifications since we had a print out of our on line info. Room- door to the patio stuck really bad, hard to open. Loose toilet seat. Hotel is actually so far from the breakwater that you can't hear the soothing waves break on the beach.
