location,location,location Staff was very attentive and courteous. Parking available on site, public transportation avilable close by and shopping and chinatown thrown in can't be beat.

Great Downtown Hotel located centrally in Philadelphia's Center City close to many attractions.Great place for corporate meetings with large Ball Room and abundant breakout rooms. Very good service!

Great amenities. Close to great center city locations. Wonderful staff. The lobby is spacious and beautiful. There are many shops inside the hotel for gifts, hair care, coffee, etc.

The hotel was immaculate. Sheets, towels, everything was fresh. The location was wonderful, and the staff was very helpful. Families are welcome as well as business people.

Everyone from housekeepping to waitresses were so eager to accomidate our every need. I felt so at home, safe and well fed for four days. Will highly recomend.

It was as close as you can get to everything at once. Whether I wanted to go to Penns Landing on Phlash or to Atlantic City by Grayhound, they were located only a few steps away.

I really liked everything they where very nice and noble poeple. Very disiplned and attended, they always had asmile on there faces and where very kind. Maybe I disliked a meal at sometime but that didn't matter they had a variety of foods to choose from.

Mariott hotels are always dependable no matter where I travel. They are clean and have friendly personnel. THey are usually located in convenient locations and often offer the little extras that make your stay enjoyable.

the service was almost empecable. the kids are able to walk freely without being told they could not be in certain areas. and there were places for them so that the adults were about to have time alone t them selves, for either the spa or the gym, or even just relaxe in the room or pool.

The customers service are very helpful, friendly, and very knowlegible. It is very great place and the room very clean and big enough. It is right down at the center philly. It is safe to walk to the shopping center.
