Pros: Very big and open, nice conference rooms and lounge. Kinkos in lobby. Great people in the Concierge Lounge. Good location.

Cons: My room was on the 23rd floor, but a friend on a lower floor had a fridge?! Towels had funny smell and room in general. TV cabnets are old and need replacing. Door fell off on friend foot when being moved ...

We arranged a wedding room block at this hotel for our guests. A month before our guests deadline to book thier rooms, they decide that they will not offer the rooms to us anymore because they can get someone else to reserve the rooms for a higher rate. Bottom line, they screwed us, the contract we had with them ...for the $$$. Not only that ,they were horrible to work with from day one.

I loved it so much. I was their bbecause I was doing a modiling tryout. I loved it so much because it was rite next to hard rock cafe. in addition to virtually EVERY employee there greeting you with a smile and a friendly catch phrase, they went outof there way when it came to detailed customer service. it was roughly 3:00AM with my " do not disturb" sign on my door. there was a knock, i was very alarmed. somebody knocking on yoru hotel room that late is very alarming. ...

I stayed at this hotel last weekend and received outstanding service! Everyone was extremely friendly, cooperative and offerred assistance in anything I needed. I was also able to check in early, check out late and get a room upgrade! I would definitley recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The staff at this hotel are excellent from the valet to porter to Check-in desk and reverse order as you depart.
I requested an early check-in time, 2PM, a reservation at the restaurant and a room upgrade, double to queen. Two out of three, no problem. Upgrade to a queen was not given, upgrade was given to a King!
