i like it all about shangrilla hotel...
and i dont like when i go there that hotel is also fully book.. but i like the sevice... they ferry friendly.. and the food is also deliciouse.... kepp the quality ok

i recently stayed at the shangri-la hotel in surabaya. without a doubt, the best service i've ever experienced in all my travels. every member of the staff new my name and always referred to me by name. food was excellent and room was spacious with a very comfortable mattress. security was tight entering the hotel, but that gave a good feeling , especially for a westerner. the only place to stay in surabaya.

First time in surbaya, never stayed in any other hotel in surabaya before to really compare, but i have to say this, the hotel and the service was par excellence.
We stayed at the Executive floor, the breakfast was wonderfull, the sevice was unbelievable, every body there addressed you by your name, i dont know how?
The Spa was superb.
