We just returned from a lovely stay at the Govenors House. It is a beautiful B&B (great decorations but not twee), convenient to downtown yet very peaceful. The small details were wonderful as well--the fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies, bikes for loan, comfortable bed, Frette robes, the free beverages in the rooms, the DVD collection, the afternoon wine and cheese. The hosts were attentive yet respectful of privacy.

I loved everything about my stay here. The rooms are very comfortable and unique. The beds are like clouds, and every amenity possible was thought of.
