the food was off very poor quality as a few days into our stay my daughter came down with food poisoning, the customer services were also poor as they refused to give directions to a park that was off disney

This hotel is definitely made for sleeping only. There are pools and on-property activities, but there are many hotels buildings so it's very confusing. Great part; close to disney and can get on the bus to any park. Bad part; full of foreign children and they come in bus loads at odd hours of the night. Lots of noise at night on arrival ...

If it wasn't for the tween cheerleaders. Cheerleading Nationals in town that week. We only stayed one night and it was perfect for what we needed. Quick place to sleep before going to the Disney Cruise. We ordered pizza from the Kitchen and it was great! The Concierge was great and even let us purchase our theme park tickets there. Food and arcade were great. Definitely a great place for families on a budget!

I loved the family suites at this hotel! I have two teenagers and an 8 year old. We all have strong personalities so the separate bathrooms and two sleeping areas were terrific. omg i love this hotel! is very clean, organized, decorated, cheap, good service. wow i cant wait to go back there! i am from laredo texas and i always stay there all the time when we go to walt disney world. oh..... the only thing i dislike is that we have to wait for a very long time for the bus to get there.

I love this place, it is worth every penny you pay. It is lovely and clean and rooms are a great size. Staff are fantastic and will always go the extra mile for you. Plenty of pools to choose from and a wide range of food available. We love it so much that we are staying there for 3 weeks in march when we get married in disney swan hotel!!

GREAT LOCATION, FANTASTIC STAFF AND SERVICE.
I AM TAKING MY FAMILY FROM CANADA THERE NEXT WEEK FOR A LITTLE HOLIDAY, I AM PROBABLY MORE EXCITED THAN THE KIDS. I AM OVER 60. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THE RESORE TO ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
