For Vacationers, Ideal Locations from LAX and centrally from Santa Monica, Venice Beach. Area doesn't appear to be rich neighborhood, but rooms price was reasonable, most importantly rooms appeared to recently renovated and kept clean, it was quiet at Night. Internet Worked very well. I will return to hotel again.
