As a female traveling alone, I felt very safe here. The staff very friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate and very comfortable. The pool was sparkly clean, the breakfast wonderful!! Air conditioning worked great. Other patrons were quiet and very nice. Trains weren't a problem. Easy commute to Charleston, close to food and stores to buy what I needed. Will come back again!!

There is nothing quality about this Quality Inn

This hotel is nasty and way overpriced for it's condition. I would not recommend it to anyone. Some of the exterior doors looked like they had been busted down previously and some would not shut all the way. This made us feel unsafe. The rooms smelled of smoke and some of the bed spreads had cigarette burns in them. My group checked out after the first night there and moved to another hotel.

A Quality Nightmare

This experience was 2 years ago but I don't think too much probably changed. It was so bad we changed hotels. One of the rooms had blood spattered on the ceiling and the bathrooms looked worse than a bar's restrooms. Oh, you can even listen to the train at 2am. Sounds like fun:(
