It was a really fun and relaxing experience for all the family; Breakfast it's a must if you thinking about staying in this hotel, extremely worth it (food is excelent) and staff is nice too.

Courteous and attentive staff. Room was large, clean, with a well stocked wet bar and came with a great view of the pool and ocean. If you go be sure to get the all inclusive breakfast. It is really a wonderful bargain and a lasting positive experience.

Everything was great. I think it was the closest place to heaven ever! When we arrived in our room the view wasn't the best so with one phone call we were moved to a nicer room with a great view. Every thing was clean and very nice. If I get the chance to return to Cancun this is where I want to stay.

My daughter is staying there on spring break right now and woke up with little red bugs all over them, all over the clothes. They tried looking online for another hotel and bugs came out of the laptop! The manager Mr. Trueba offered a refund for only the two nights that they had not used and they would not receive it til a month later! Then they gave them another room and it had no balcony and was smoke filled! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
