I used to go every january since i was a little kid. Now after seven years of not going I gotta say that it still feels like the same home as back then. The staff is amazing, they're so nice and attentive. The rooms are so cozy and completely clean. The location is perfect and I love how chilled the hotel is in general. I gotta say after this I'm gonna keep going every year to share it with my kids.

Loved it- the rooms could use updating but in all reality are perfect and spotless. I'm there for Mexico not the hotel room.

TOTAL RELAXATION. THEY GET TO KNOW YOU AND YOU'RE TREATED GREAT. CARLOS (OUR DOORMAN) EVEN GREETS US WITH A HUG WHEN WE GET THERE. THE ROOMS ARE IMMACULATE. I,VE TIMED THEM AND GONE TO SEE WHAT TAKES SO LONG AND FOUND OUT THE CHANDELIERS ARE EVEN CLEANED DAILY.OUR ROOM WAS TOTALLY CLEAN. OUTSIDE BAR AND RESTAURANT ARE FANTASTIC ALONG WITH THE EVENING LIVE MUSIC.

Costa Vida is ideal for those who like being close to the bustle of the city, without the major touristy feel. Tucked up on the hill on the more villa side of Puerta Vallarta, you're close to the Old Town - just one bus down the hill.

The staff here are excellent and lovely.

The whole place is fantastic, and I would love to go back. You feel at home while you're there, and feel sad when it's time to leave.

i like this place because it is so fun every year i go for 2 or 1 week for my birthday with my parents and grandparents last year when i turn 12 we had a big party with a delicous cake they made for me this year ill be going again and ill be 13.

Staff is very very friendly!!! Rooms are very nice and the view is the best!
