Very nice hotel, staff did an excellent job, very clean and priced exceptionally well for the area. I brought my laptop, but there was no internet but that was no big deal. I was a little surprised that they did not have either a fridge or a microwave though. Otherwise, great stay and wil certainly stay again

Wow. I have stayed at many Hyatt hotels in my life, and this is by far the biggest disappointment! I was here for three nights, so I got familiar with the Fair Lakes property and all of its aspects. Trust me...you'd hate it! I flew into Dulles International Airport and it took at least 30 minutes to arrive at the hotel from car rental starting ...

Never ever stay hear!!! Bad service across the board and transportaion that was promised was not provided! I brought a lot of business to this hotel and in returned!

We didn't get a promised room with two beds. My son got to sleep on a pull out sofa that wasn't very comfortable.
The TV remote needed new batteries

Check-in was a breeze and everyone was very nice and helpful. My 12th floor room was gorgeous with wall to wall windows. The couch was comfy and the tub was deep, so I was in heaven. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was equiped with an mp3 player alarm clock. I was very happy.
