The room was dirty the staff was rude all and all the place was a dump!!!!!!!!!

Nice room. No internet access in our room or in the lobby - signal too weak. Were told to use the outdoor pool area for internet access, and it worked there. But there is no outlet there and it's in the sun so the laptop screen washes out.
Staff told us to call their contractor. This is absurd. I guess if their cable goes out you have to call ...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave excellent directions and even recommended one seafood restaurant that was excellent. The location was good, but will be even better when the drawbridge connecting it to New Bern has been re-opened. The rooms were very clean and the price was very good for the area. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else in New Bern.

This is the best place to stay. All the rooms have a water-view and the sunsets over the river are beautiful! It's quiet and relaxing. The rooms are large and very clean.

The rooms were nice but the view of the water was a joke.

I have stayed at this location 3 or 4 times now, and it is a great value. Clean and in a great location, just a good place to stay.
