I will never stay there again

I have stayed there before and it was nice. This time was awful the room smelled and there was hair all over the bathroom. The next morning I saw two roaches on the nightstand. The people at the front desk was rude and I should have left when that happened, but we toughed it out. When I move my son back to University of Florida I will not stay at ...

The staff was friendly and helpful the rooms were clean for an older place. It was convienient to the V A Hospital where I was going also

I was assigned a room at the Days Inn Maingate at Universal in Orlando that had a safe with a missing lock. I asked and received another room where the safe lock had to be reinput by maintenance and the commode in the bathroom had to be worked on by maintenance to stop a leak in the bathroom. Other then these problems everything was fine.

The Days Inn personnel acted swiftly and minimized any bad will.
