The room was clean and looked very elegant for the price. There was sufficient parking and elevators worked well. Customer Service was friendly and the overall experience was pleasant.

Excelent customer service, nice clean rooms. Would be nice if they have a yellow page book in each room, a restaurant/bar, beside this no complaint.

this place is a complete joke. The beds were sitting on platforms tat are too smal for the mattresses which are hevily stained brown. The sheets wouldn't stay on. They had no phone books. the free breakfast? dont even bother they were out of juice, wouldnt refill the milk so our small children could have a glass of milk even though they had a ...

The hotel staff is friendly and the room was adequate. We were attending an expo at the Convention Center and found the hotel location very convenient. We have stayed here twice, once in the summer and once in fall. The A/C worked great, though a bit loud. One complaint is the pool/hot tub. It closed at 8pm, which is rather early so we were unable to take advantage of it. All in all we had a pleasant stay.
