They sent a reservation confirmation clearly writing that reservations cannot be canceled or changed within 72 hours prior to the check-in hour of 4 pm.

When we called to cancel 68 hours prior to that time and date, they claimed this was too late.

They also charge a $10 Resort Fee for services that are not open for anyone who stays less than two days.

Just get another hotel on a nearby beach and buy your goodies ala carte.

My husband and I had reservations for our 13th anniversary, when we got there our reservations were lost! Then they charged our credit card $199.00 and we didn't even stay there! I stayed at Sycamore Springs almost a half-dozen times over the last 10 years, and it truly is a magical place.
