This was our first visit and we found the staff was not helpful in any way. We found our own way around and enjoyed the beauitful gardens and hot tubs. The resturant service was better than average. I would suggest the staff upon check in give new guest a information package

My husband and I went for our 15th anniversary and a break from our four kids. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Neither of us got much sleep. The staff was not what you would expect for a resort of this price. They were a little rude and not very helpful.

does not honor reservation promises

They sent a reservation confirmation clearly writing that reservations cannot be canceled or changed within 72 hours prior to the check-in hour of 4 pm.
When we called to cancel 68 hours prior to that time and date, they claimed this was too late.
They also charge a $10 Resort Fee for services that are not open for anyone who stays less than two days.
Just get another hotel on a nearby beach and buy your goodies ala carte.

My husband and I had reservations for our 13th anniversary, when we got there our reservations were lost! Then they charged our credit card $199.00 and we didn't even stay there! Still waiting for a manager to call us back. We have left several messages and the manager never seems to be in. Still waiting for our credit, it's been over 1 month.
