THE APARTMENT WAS TERRIBLY DIRTY. HIDE A BED HAD THINGS IN IT FROM GOD KNOWS WHEN. WHEN YOU COMPLAINED, THEY DID COME TO CLEAN WHATEVER YOU REPORTED, BUT NOTHING ELSE. I REPORTED THE BURNER ON THE STOVE OF WHICH I ONLY HAD TWO AND IT WAS NEVER FIXED.EACH TIME YOU DISCOVERED SOMETHING, IT WAS ANOTHER TRIP TO THE OFFICE, IF THEY WERE OPEN. (BEFORE 5 P.M.) HOT TUB WAS NOT WORKING.

This was a horrible experience. This is truly an apartment complex that rents out its rooms under the false name of Hotel and Lodge. Wrong!!! No real front desk if you need to check in after 5pm, or if you have problems in your room. People live in these apartments year round, Christmas stuff still up in mid-February. Being from the east coast I didn't know what to expect. It was like being at home. Washer/dryer and a dishwasher and a stocked kitchen with 2 small children was a great addition to the normal hotel. Having the pool and yard also helped. The staff was more than happy to accomodate our family. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area also. Will be back next time we visit Arizona.
