I stayed about three times in this hotel.
Its very centraly located, just 2 mins walk to the main shopping and restaurant area in the city. Fairly basic hotel, standard enough for Kazakhstan. A good choice if you want to get a feel for the city.

The place stinks of tobacco and cigar smoke.

God help all the non-smokers (like me!)

The restaurant was a disgrace. People allowed to smoke cigarettes and cigars where food is being eaten is just a downright disgrace.

I will never stay in this hotel ever again.
