great hotel, great service, great place to stay.....this hotel makes it easier with a family.....and there rooms are very spacious. i dont care what the other comments say, this hotel is great!!! you should check it out yourself!!

This place was great. They are very nice and very fast with their service. These other peoples comments are very untrue... Everyone should stay at this place its a home away from home..

This is not an easy place to find the first time. Right near the 101 and 237 highways sounds perfect but this place is off the main streets without any signage. Once you find the place the folks are friendly and always want to help.

The other down side is that there is limited wireless Internet at this location but hardwire Internet to every room.

I was with this person who was relocated. There were about 6 of us who were relocated to another hotel. We all had confirmation numbers. You cannot reason out with management, very rude instead of being apologetic!!! Shuttle service, FORGET IT, it was LATE we had to find our own ride to our "relocation hotel" because of frustration. BEWARE! This hotel located in Sunnyvale, CA is known for overbooking their guests. Forget about your confirmation number because management "DISREGARDS" it. They will relocate you elsewhere, FAR FROM YOUR DESTINATION!!! It's bad when you arrive late at night because you'll find yourself w/o a room!!! Poor decision making by ...

We travel a lot for shows and this is our favorite hotel by far. All the comforts of home plus maid service. Free washers & dryers. Wonderful breakfast. Very pet friendly. Staff is pleasant & helpful. Wonderful experience.
