Negative...Access to the pool was available to anyone from the beach. The gate was not secured which made pool area congested and crowded. The pool had debris floating in it 2 days out of 4.

Rooms were suitable for the price - no real complaint. Nice continental breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful with information about local events. But... I would not stay there again.
Security was inefficient. Access between beach and pool/hotel was open to all and we heard visitors at the Tiki Bar (overlooking the beach) tell others ...

My family and I visited this hotel last weekend. I have to say it far exceeded my expectations. All of the rooms are oceanfront suites, with a "living room" and bedroom, and a balcony overlooking the ocean. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

I liked it alot. It was very clean, the bed was comforable, and it was walking distance from alot of things. I enjoyed waking up and having a good meal every morning. And every night the bar treated me well!

I recently stayed at this hotel which is literally on the Beach - lots of white sand to sink you feet into after a long day on the road. We checked in and went to our rooms to unload our baggage and then we headed to the beach. We just exited the back of the hotel and crossed a wooden bridge and we were right on the beach, white sand as far at ...

Well...since I rated it so hi, there is not much to say negative, but positive, too many to mention. This is a super place for family and kids and just a stroll to the beach. Guests are greated with smiles and - I think - leave with an anticipation of a quick return.

Positives:

Besides it being cold as all get out (35 degrees...I know it's off season) the stay was very enjoyable! The rooms were clean. The pool area was empty, but looked great. Staff helpful in steering us to good locations to visit in town! I will be back!

Obvious new renovations, very clean. Need to fix the third elevator! General staff and housekeeping extremely friendly and helpful. Use of computers and copying in business center a great feature. Really isn't much in the way of a gift shop, unless you're hardpressed and don't feel like walking to a store. Limited hours for ...
