The rooms were clean and were at least as good as a 4 star hotel in the states. The service is very good and the staff extremely helpful. I had lost some luggage at the airport and the staff responded immediately contacting the airport and checking in with us until the situation was resolved. Excellent and clean place.. Restaurants are average. Forget this place if you are a vegetarian..

This was an OK place to stay in Xi'an. The best aspect of the hotel is the location within the city walls. The property is nothing special. I stayed on the Club floor, complete with an adequate breakfast and evening drinks and snacks.
