I have stayed here many times over a period of 8 years and everytime it is excellent. There are deals on website's so take advantage of this. I have stayed in their suites to standard rooms and everytime great service. Walk to everything around the city in minutes and enjoy the Beau Nash townhomes to the core of the city to up scale resturants.

helpful although they seemed to be very tired and worn out. i think you shoulg look into this and make your staff happier.

The hotel was beautiful, and the service discreet courteous and welcoming.
Really close to the city of bath and lovely grounds.

The two night weekend stay we enjoyed as a real treat and I would deinitely go back for another stay.
