It's a nice place....

I liked the professionalism and service of the staff at this hotel. It was clean and very comfortable. This hotel does an excellent job in taking care of its guests. I will stay here again.

me and my husband got married last year and we went there for our honeymoon it was so beautiful. the hotel was really neat and clean the people were nice and room service was outstanding. we will be coming back this year, we are celebrating my 20th birthday and our 1 year anniversary. i recommend this hotel 100%.

Nice but Pricey!

I liked the rooms; very nice and spacious. The staff is very accomodating.
I really appreciate the housekeeping staff; they were johnny on the spot.

One downside, it is NOT worth $200 a night.

Southfield's Secret Treasure

The hotel is very clean and has a pleasing classy decor. The front desk staff were reluctant to accomadate my extenuating circumstance but with my persistence they finally took care of me. I had lost the my only credit card that I had used to pre-pay for the rooms and they waived the $100 per room fee usually held to cover incidentals. We agreed on having my phone and movie privileges restricted.

Enjoyed my stay

I liked my room right off swimming pool, easy acces for my children and I could watch them from my room if I didn't want to be by the pool. The service could have been a little better I waited over 15 to 20 minutes for clean towels and with children need I say more. My overall experience was good and my children had a blast. I would definitly suggest this hotel for the mother on the go or for a family.
