I would never have expected this from a Westin. Our room was a mess. Pictures were all awry. The mini-bar was missing from the room. Three days later, we still did not have a minibar (One was brought in but the key provided did not work!). The room was stocked with one coffee cup for two people. Just like the old saying, "Don't judge a book by it's cover" this hotel looks nice from the outside, but the service and management were horrible. The bed wasn't comfortable, the room smelled funny, and I was treated like I owed them a debt. I'll be happy to spend my money elsewhere in the future! Do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs...

Westins are some of the best hotels and this Waltham Westin is no exception. Comfy roomy and classy. Great for work or play... best beds in the business...

The staff was not friendly at check in or check out. We booked our room thru a travel web site and the staff seemed to treat us differently than others . Eg., we did not get a morning newspaper. . Attended there a conference. It seems that it was the first conference hosted by this hotel. E.g.: only 3 tables for conference breakfast with about 100 participants; taking the soup from one guest who did not like it and give it directly to the next, no shuttle service, no rental cars available at weekends...

Very good service,good food.
The people who work there are very helpfull the rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast and diner are great value for money.
The pool is ok.
