the location is great, and there are good views of the beach and sunset. That is where anything positive ends. Furniture is ugly, old and scratched, the rooms smell like mildew. This timeshare reflects the true Hawaiian spirit, the people are very friendly and helpful and the units have the best views on the island....the three pools are wonderful with one of the best snorkling beaches on the island just across the street, the value is great!

there is no beach here just water view. no air conditioningad, that means hot hot hot,the microwave was from 1968 i think and the utensils were ,,,well nasty,,, lots of bugs but i guess it's hawaii so no big deal for the roaches.Pool was great with water falls and such but was really in need of paint and wow was the water nasty, needed cleaning bad.

The facility is beautiful, the best way to discribe the grounds is manicured. Every morning they have peolpe out cleaning the pools, cutting out any plants that even appear to be withering. Security is always out and about, but very unassuming, friendly but they want to stay out of your way and make the place really feel like it belongs to you. My ...
