Me and my husband absolutely loved it there. We had a-lot of fun staying there. The room service and rooms were excellent. We will be coming back there next summer and who knows maybe every summer. Just depends.

When we walked into our room they had nice low music playing along with all curtains open to enjoy the view. Free bottled water along with fresh apples.

We used our AAA card and cut the price of deluxe harbor view room almost in 1/2.

Only dislike is you HAVE to pay for parking self service $13 or valet $17 we went a head with valet since there was only a $4 difference.

The Westin Long Beach was truly an escape from a busy day of business training. The bed was wonderful and everything was so clean. I really felt so pampered!

Great location, beautiful hotel, excellent service. We are from the midwest and stayed here for a wedding. Had great drinks at the bar! Nice gift shop. Very close to the aquarium, queen mary, bubba gumps, and many great restaurants.

I always like Westin hotels, so the Westin Long Beach fell into that category, but it wasn't spectacular or anything out of the ordinary. Heavanly bed / shower are always nice. Staff was friendly at check-in. My one complaint would be a very rusty towel rack in the bathroom and a clogged drain in the tub.

The Staff and management were customer service oriented, and always had a smile!

I found this hotel to be clean and attentive to the needs of the guests. It has an above average workout room that is open all night. The location is perfect for the pier at Long Beach.

When I walked in the lobby, I was amazed how clean it was. When I got to the room, the bed was amzing and the view is spectacular. I would recommend Westin whenevr you are in Long Beach, California.

Great experience. Neat room. Walking distance to most shops and restuarants.
