I recently stayed at the Imperial Swan Hotel & Suites in Lakeland Florida. The service I received there was outstanding! With the room being oversized, I could live there. All services, from checking in, my room, fitness center, restaurant, lounge, housekeeping to checking out was amazing. The staff and management were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there every time I go to Lakeland Florida.

The staff are always friendly, the rooms spacious and clean. Somethimes small things don't work and they get them fixed. I've always been given a good price because I go a lot. My kids love it and it's on the South Florida artery so access to places is easy. Compare prices and spaciousness with the Holiday Inn a mile further north..... ...

The staff was rude, and made it seem like a burden with every request. Rooms were in poor shape, and very overpriced!!

No Wireless connection above the 3rd floor.

Management has no idea on how to run a hotel. Avoid this place like the plague, there are plenty more around for far less, that are worth your money!

I was told that this hotel was a former
Sheraton. The carpeting was thick in in hallways and room was clean with many
towels and soap. However, one sometimes heard
voices from an ajoining room. The room
given was fairly large but not a non-smoking,

Cleanliness needed improvement. They needed more workers. I ate at the resteraunt and one man was cooking, seating, ordering, waiting on guest. The rooms had power outages my first night i asked for towels. About an hour later i recievd them. IOt looked ghreat but the service could've been a little better.
