Nice sized rooms, a little outdated but very clean Located on beach but quite a walk to shore edge. Sloppy Joe's and many eateries, shopping, pharmacy and not too far from John's Pass Village, an excellent place to spend the day. This is a motel geared more towards senior citizens. Decent pool and lounging area. Enjoyed but would not bring kids or teens here.

Its all about the people. They are the greatest. I have never wanted to leave after staying for five weeks and can not wait to go back this year. I look forward to visiting.

We just got back from a five night stay at the Page Terrace. The hotel is clean and well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located close to dining and shopping. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants great service and amenities at a reasonable price. We will definitely book a week next year!!

What is there not to like??? I had an excellent room with a kitchenette over looking the Gulf, the price was unbeatable!!! And the staff including Arthur and his family treated me quiet well. I will be back.

Just got back from a wonderful stay at the Page Terrace - The owners are a really friendly couple.
Great location - right on the beach - nice pool - clean rooms.
Great location on Gulf Blvd. - near lot's of stores
Go to Ricky T's for breakfast - and Sloppy Joe's for a great burger!!!
We will be staying at The Page Terrace again and telling all of our friends to stay there too!!!

Clean rooms, plenty of towels, a real charming place.

The Page Terrace Motel is OK now if you do not want a full nights sleep. The owners son, Arthur, has taken over and rents the rooms to any and everyone. The also do not clean your room now.
