It's a very clean place.this is a very good hotel. it had clean rooms. the staff was nice, and the rooms were comfortable. The location is also good. it is only a couple of miles away from the bart and a/c transit. for $65+tax a night, it was well worth my stay. if you're in town, consider staying at the Terrace Motel.1 of 1 Yahoo! It's a very clean place.The reason I like this place is because its very clean and it's a comfortable place. The prices are good and the service is alrite also. The night was about $65+tax. I think my money was worth the stay there.

DO NOT GO HERE! Awful experience.Do not go here. They charged $60+ for a single bed, 2 people (listed price on yahoo - $40-$45). Charged for activation of room phone then charged for local calls. Cheep, crappy mattress. You can hear the bart every 15 minutes. The night attenedent was unhelpful and curt.
