The place was not clean, the breakfast was reheated pastries from costco or safeway. The wireless internet did not work, when I tried to find someone to talk about it with on Sunday morning they were conveniently not there but did not have a problem interrupting our nap the day before to run our credit card. We had a great time - nice breakfast and close to the Plaza. Used the Massage/Food package, and we weren't disappointed!
Recommend the hot tub and the Woodcutter's Cottage.

Romantic & Relaxing

This place took me back in time - we felt like we were away from it all and yet we were within very close proximity to great restaurants (La Salette was highly recommended and we give it a thumbs up!), shopping and the Art Festival. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and look forward to coming back again.
My daughter and I were going to stay here till we walked in to the place..The room had a awful smell, (found out it was mouse urine) the bulb in the lamp was hanging out and the nice spa they talked about on there website was dirty and you had to climb up to in to get in..It was a joke..she did give us our money back, less the $40 cancellation ...
