this hotel is a disgrace to the Radisson name. i had made my reservation several weeks in advance for a tower room . when i arrived on 9/6//07 the manager milton told that all the rooms in the tower was taken. he gave me a room in the "terrace". it was in a dark dirty basement area which screamed "crime scene waiting to happen". ...
