Room was filthy. Found hypodermic needles in bedding! Service was horrible! Would not reccomend!

We called several times to ask about hot water Everytime we were told "Will be on soon" Around 8:30pm called the desk ask about the hot water situation if they weren t able to fix it soon I ll be looking for new hotel We were told it would be fixed in an hour The next morning still no hot water so we just packed a left having to stink the ...

We usually stay there on our long trips across country. Direct access from the car makes this convenient. We get a ground floor room due to health problems, and they are most cordial even when we are late arriving. I have two African greys in carriers, and two small dogs. It is easy to deal with the pets. Restaurants are close by as well.

I thought the room was clean. The sink faucet dripped continuously though. I did not sleep much all night because the bed was so extremely hard. I thought the beds were going to be improved but I could not tell this had been. The continental breakfast was one of the best I had ever had though. That was the saving grace for the motel.

The front desk workers were extremly rude and had very negative attitudes. The hotel rooms were clean but were falling apart. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, unless you are looking for a negative experience.

The hotel was nice enough but the competence of their staff did not reflect the 4-star rating the hotel receives. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially since there are a number of extremely nice hotels in the vicinity.

THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK WAS EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS EXTREMLEY CLEAN (CLEANER THAN SOME 5 STAR HOTELS I'VE STAYED AT.) THEY HAD A DELICIOUS CONTINETAL BREAKFAST. THIS PLACE IS OVERALL AND EXCEPTIONAL PLACE!!!
