My family just returned from a five-night stay here. We stayed on the 9th floor of the North Tower. During check-in, the bell-hop left our bags on a luggage cart for one-half hour with no one watching them and my small children in need of their luggage. I finally returned to the lobby and grabbed the bag myself.

Can not breath at the Millennium
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/29/06
We had decided to stay here over Memorial Day weekend. When we pulled up to the hotel, we were told that no valet parking was available. That was the first setback, since the parking is located across the street. When we entered the hotel, the first impression we got was that it felt like a huge airport. People and bags were everywhere. It was ...
The rooms were comfortable and clean, the view spectacular, but it was the people that worked at the hotel that made it so great. Everyone, and I mean, everyone we came in contact with at the hotel were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist a couple of ignorant tourist. When we go back to St. Louis, we will stay at the Mellennim hotel.
We stayed at the Millennium Hotel for Opening Day 2006. We stayed on the 17th floor and had a nice view of Busch Stadium, which was very cool. It's just a hop, skip, and a jump to get to the Stadium from the hotel, which was very nice! We could not see the actual field from the 17th floor, but you could see almost all of the seats. If you ...

Nice hotel

Walking distance from the Arch and the Landings. The concierge was very helpful in letting me know what is available to do in St. Louis.
service in the hotel was good ,people were very friendly and helpful. our room had a very loud furnace but was otherwise clean and we always had excellent maid and housekeeping service. the front entrance to the hotel was a little crowded because the hotel vans were parked in the dropoff area.

Great Views, Not great hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/28/05
We ended up staying in the Cabanna Suite and a regular room. Neither rooms had the advertised "Pillow-Top Mattress." The Suite was large and laid-out well, but the drain in the bathroom did not work, lamp shades and other items were old and worn out, no terry-cloth robes, no real amenities at all. In the regular guest room, the decor was ...
