We arrived at the hotel and stood in line for 20 minutes just to find out that the computers were down. An hour and a half later, we finally got into our room and it didn't get any better there. Hotel was fine for our purposes, being downtown for a Cards game. If you stay, I strongly recommend the North Tower (the taller tower). The South Tower was more economical, but the rooms were no different than a budget hotel would be. The extra 20% or so it would have cost to move to the North Tower would have been quite worth it.
