The service was absolutely horrible. We called and asked for 2 blankets, at midnight. Guess how long we had to wait? 30 MINUTES. Guess how many blankets they brought? ONLY ONE. The amount we paid was supposed to be for a new remodeled room. We stayed in an old room, and many things were broken. The sink had a crack on it, the door stopper moved, ...

The rooms were very comfortable and large. The food was excellent, but a little expensieve. Most of the staff could speak a little english, and the room-service was excellent. If you are getting a little sick of chinese food, there is a starbucks across the road, and many western restaurants, lots of italian reataurants, a latin, indonesian, indian, ect.

the food is DELICIOUS, the ladies at the lift are sooooooooo nice, the pool is sooooooo nice, it's very comfortable, the TV's are nice, it has a good manager, the lobby is cool, the shops are cool, the bakery is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good,ect.ect.ect

wow, i assure you that you won't be dissapointed with this hotel. The rooms are big, great views of the city, and very modern and luxuorius.

After staying at the hotel for 12 days, breakfast was a bit tasteless. But there is a Mc Donalds and a Starbucks right across the street. The hotel was a bit expensive ($110.00) but very secure. Slow Internet connection. No WiFi

It was an okay hotel.
It doesn't measure up with 5 stars hotels in HongKong or other big cities, but it was clean and ok, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The lobby is so big you almost feel in a factory hall.
The area is nice, with a shopping center just across the street.
It is easy to reach.

We paid HK650 (US$85) per double room, plus HK80 (US$10)per head for buffet breafast. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good services, nice cafe with outdoor seats, and great choices for breakfast, including continental and oriental choices.

It's getting a bit old and there are renovations going on daily. It is one of those Hotels that are uncomfortably conservative for no reason. Lots of overdressed people going nowhere. It may have been a grand Hotel once and seems desperate to hold onto this but it is really just another big Hotel that has had its day. 4 stars are generous. By the way the price isn

We stayed here when adopting our daughter. The staff was very friendly, the service excellent.
The stores in the hotel are top notch, and they are wonderful to adopting parents.
Dannys Bagels also delivers here! Western food after 2 weeks in China was bliss.
